Never been to a concert there. Want to get tickets for Chicago concert for boyfriend. Is it worth it to pay to be on the floor, or is it easier to see the stage and performers if you’re higher up? Thanks all
I don’t know yet, but I have tickets to see Billy Joel in June. I’m up higher. If you’re willing to wait, I’ll let you know then!
Thanks VeryHappy! Our concert is in April, but appreciate the thought! Have fun!
I generally think floor is problematical unless you’re fairly near the front, or the act has some sort of walkway, extra stage, type of construction.
Last summer, I was at a concert at MSG sitting in the front row of the Chase Bridge, which was fairly dramatic; felt like floating over the rest of the crowd.
I’ve actually never had a bad seat at the Garden, and I’ve sat pretty much everywhere; it’s really well designed.
