Need help finding good mid-range colleges!!!

<p>Hi, I am currently having a hard time picking out some mid-range colleges that would be great for me. An ideal mid-range college for me would be one with a great economics program and an acceptance rate between 20%-40%. I am in the top 3% of my class, with an ACT score of 31 and the National Hispanic Scholar Award. My cumulative weighted GPA is about 4.32 and weighted is 3.8. The location of the college would have to be within the US mainland only. Thank you so much for your help!</p>
