Need help finding similar PHD programs

I am interested in doing operations research and in specific working on policy issues. I have found the following two programs to be of great interest. Does anyone know of similar programs?? Or do any of you know of operations research/management science departments that do research in the area of public policy. thanks

Carnegie Mellons COS (Computation Organization and Society): [Ph.D. Program in Computation, Organizations and Society (COS)](http://cos.cs.cmu.edu/)

MIT’s ESD (Engineering systems division): [MIT Engineering Systems Division](http://esd.mit.edu/)

Try Stanford Management Science and Engineering Department

Look at Princeton’s Center for Information Technology Policy.

(The director, Ed Felton, is a computer scientist – the guy who testified against Microsoft during the antitrust suit and who is an expert in electronic voting and its implications for democracy.)

anyone else know of any other programs, it is hard finding policy motivated research
