Need Help for brother

Hi my bro is trying to get above a 30 on the ACT he is in the 10th grade, so far he has a
24 in English
25 in Math
36 in Reading
20 in Science

Which books are best for him to use? or what online programs are best for him.

Thanks a lot

books - act’s red book & princeton review
online - sparknotes.com

Kaplan and barron’s!

I would go with the official ACT prep book
[ACT Test Prep : The Real ACT Prep Guide](http://actstudent.org/testprep/book.html)
there’s also free online resources

What the? Is that 36 a typo? How does he have a 36 in Reading and a 20 in Science? Both are really just scanning for information quickly and spitting it back out.

ACT Redbook, but it could be that he has other issues to tackle. Maybe he needs to slow down just a little and read the questions more carefully. If he is popping a 36 on reading and over ten points lower on sciece, he needs to pay more attention when he is addressing the science questions.

If he’s getting a 36 in reading, practice tests should bring up his science.

It is a typo he got a 30 on science
