Need help from a techie/website wiz?

Hello there!

Every week, my organization has a speaker come in and a give a lecture. I wanted to send out a poll each week, asking questions about the speaker, topic, and whether or not they would recommend it for the future.

I want to use this to start collecting data about speakers so future officers can know whether or not they should call these speakers back and if the topic should be repeated.

However, I don’t want to create a new form every week. I need to find a way to categorize answers based on the speaker.

Here’s what I have pictured in my head

Which speaker did you see this week?
Answer 1 - Prof X < branch off into individual questions about this lecture
Answer 2- Prof Y < branch off into individual questions about this lecture
Answer 3 - Prof Z< branch off into individual questions about this lecture

So the 1st answer choice would be the parent category I guess, and then all of the following questions would link under it I guess.

Forgive me, I’m not very tech savvy :frowning: I wish I was!

If you could tell me how I could link the two, it’d be super helpful. The website builder I’m using Wufoo, does have a place for CSS layout things, but I’ve never used those before. It also has features for field rules, page rules, and form rules.

If you could please please please help me out I’d really appreciate it!
Thanks,
Haya

^thank you! :)

If the questions will be the same regardless of who the lecturer was, you could easily just create a survey/form with Google Docs (now Google Drive). Just go to create a new document, and for type choose “form”.
