Need help in my college list

Hi, I am international student, I do not know about colleges here in USA, which ones are considered “good”
I need help to know if this is a strong college list. ??
my gpa in Venezuela is 3.3. class rank: 12/85. These colleges do not require SAT for international students.
these are some of the colleges I am planning to apply:

  • Marist College
  • Fairfield University
  • Syracuse University
  • Goshen College
  • Hamline University
  • Keene State college
  • SCAD
  • Webster University
  • Montclair State University

Also, should I apply for schools like Chapman University, NYU, if the average gpa is 3.7 or 3.8?

SCAD is an art school. Chapman is a beautiful school, and both it and NYU would probably Be tough to get in . Syracuse is probably the best on the lilst, followed by Marist and Fairfield.

there is no financial aid in NYU, I mean there is but very little/

Good school for performing arts. Located in downtown Boston.
