<p>I am currently torn between elaborating on extracurricular activity where I showed leadership skills (or any other skill set) or elaborating on extracurricular activity that helped me grow as a person (In this case, I wanted to write about my experience practicing Kendo, or Japanese swordsmanship, and how it helped me grow as a person).</p>

<p>Demonstration of a certain skill set? or Personal Growth?</p>
