is it true that the transfer student gets low scholarships.as i a international student … and i have low sat score .1110 in CR and math … gpa 3.8 …so i am going to enroll in University of MINNEOSOTA… i have to pay 4k…that too much for me…so my plan is to join minneosota and transfer to IVY leagues or best LACS … that can give me huge scholarships…if any on senior know about my possiibility of getting maximum scholarship in any other institution it will be kind enough to inform me…

There is not a lot of scholarship money available for international students, and there is not a lot available for transfer students. That means that there is very, very, very little money for international transfers. You cannot count on being able to transfer to one of the “IVY leagues or best LACS” because they do not admit many transfer students.

You will not be able to get a student visa if you cannot demonstrate that you can pay for U of Minnesota. You need to study in your own country.
