<p>hi i am currently attending a state university in NJ. i am planning to transfer to UNC chapel hill or Rutger-NB. i previously got in to rutgers, fall 09 but decided not to go due to personal reasons. but now everything has cleared up and i am free to go. so i was wondering if i have a chance in UNC-chapel hill and how the re-enrollment works for rutgers, if anyone knows. i am currently a junior and i am a molecular biology major (premed). i have 3.5 GPA, i know its kind of low but i just decided to become bio major last year. but last two semesters i got 3.6 and 3.8. kinda shows that i picked up the slack hopefully. Also i dont know which other universities to apply to other than these two. if anyone can help that would be great. thanks in advance!!!</p>
