Need help with admission with my qualifications

<p>I have a few questions since I will be applying later this year

  1. Does one stand a better chance for admission if one declares a major when applying?
  2. What are my chances at these colleges based on numbers below?
    UMD CP, Drexel, Temple, USP, Rutgers, TCNJ, NYU, Boston U.</p>

<p>SAT = 1910 (610 CR, 650 M, 650 W)
ACT = will take in June
GPA = 3.8/4.0
SAT II - Biology 600, Math to take in June
AP courses - Calculus, History
Honors - Lang Arts, Economics
Tons of volunteer activities at hospitals, rescue squad, local organizations
School - student council, swim team, peer leader, etc.</p>

<li>Is there a way to get to know the essay titles in advance for the schools I am applying for?

<p>NYU is the only school there you’ll have any trouble getting into.</p>
