I made corrections on my fafsa applications 3 time in the first two the pell grant money show but now that i didn’t again for the third time it didn’t show will I still get the pell grant ?

After your last correction, what was your resulting EFC?
What were the corrections that you made? Increased income? Increased assets? Smaller household? What?
There is NO way we can answer your question without knowing what your corrections were.
If you corrected and showed increased income, increased assets, less siblings in college at the same time as you, smaller family size…any of these could have reduced your Pell Grant…and maybe to $0.
