Need recommendations for Electrical Engineering Masters in the US

Hey, I am in international student from a 3rd world nation. I am currently in my 3rd year of a 4-year undergraduate program in a university in my home country. I want to plan for my masters ahead of time so I can have a decent roadmap laid out by the time I graduate. I am planning to pursue embedded and IoT in the future.
If anyone could recommend me decent universities to look into I would really appreciate it. My main concern is whether I will be admitted and whether there will be scholarship options available. If possible, please share with me whatever you may know about the university applications and admissions process in the US.
My current portfolio:
-cgpa: 3.54
-publications secretary of university’s engineering society (planning to apply for president in final year)
-organized many events for IEEE-student chapter and engineering society in university.
-part of university’s main representative band as a bassist and have won national contests and opened for many artists (extracurricular during university)

Your extracurriculars will not matter for admission. Your GPA, the rigour of your transcript, and your letters of recommendation will.

Your chances for getting funding are not high as it is predominantly reserved for PhD programs. You may want to ask on the grad admissions reddit to find program specific recommendations.
