I’m transferring to CSU Chico this coming fall, and currently looking for an apartment around campus.
Looking into something north of the campus away from down town; I prefer a more quiet stay.
But I heard that around the West Ave’s railroad and Cherry Ave is pretty unsafe, is it true?
It’d be great to hear some advise on where to stay and how Cherry Ave actually is.
