I’m basically trying to explain why I didn’t take many A.P. classes in high school. To put it shortly, I was mentally lost, wasn’t very interested in the classes available, and spent all my time reading philosophy on the internet.

I’d like to illustrate how discovering a certain philosopher made a huge impact on my life and gave me new purpose. Now that I’ll be going to college, the majors and classes I’m interested in are available.

Does this sound like a decent idea?
