need some suggestions on colleges

Hey guys,this is my first post.I am a Sri Lankan student living in Oman who Studied at an Indian School…
I have 95 % in all three physics,chemistry and mathematics in class 12th C.B.S.E boards with 78 in English and 79 in biology.I have 8 in IELTS(so English shouldn’t be a problem).I have cgpa 10 in class 10nth C.B.S.E boards.I have 800 in mathematics level 2 and chemistry and 760 in physics.I would like to study electrical and electronic engineering or computer engineering.I got accepted in university of Manchester ,university of Edinburgh and university of Nottingham.I declined all cause I cant pay that much tuition fees.
can you guys suggest me any good colleges in the US,Asia or canada where I might have a chance and that I can also afford.Thanks in advance

In terms of US colleges, the really selective ones (E.g. Ivies, Caltech, MIT, Stanford) look at a lot of things in addition to test scores. Also, many of them require the SAT or ACT.

Most state universities may be out of reach since they are funded primarily through taxpayer dollars, so don’t expect a full ride.
