DS is at an academic summer program for 3 weeks in the midwest. Can anyone recommend a company that does a decent job of sending cookies to colleges? He’s 17 and beyond receiving a true summer camp care package, but would appreciate a homemade-tasting treat.

Not cookies, but Fairytale Brownies are good.

^I’ve sent cookies from David’s Cookies.

I ordered my dad some Fairytale Brownies for Father’s Day and they were a hit! I’m a little sad that I’m in the wrong state and couldn’t enjoy any out of his package.

I’d forgotten about Fairytale Brownies, but they’re pretty tasty! May go that route if the Davids Cookies thing doesn’t look good.

I just find many of the shipped cookies or baked items aren’t that great.

Check if there is a local bakery that delivers. The bakery in my son’s college town delivers big, fresh cookies in lots of 2 dozen–enough for son and for sharing. They call his cell and meet him outside the building where the mailboxes are.

we got these for xmas one year and they were pretty good, as i recall, though i think price-y:
