Need to pick realistic colleges

So I am an international student, who studies in the US, meaning I am a foriegner studying in the US. I live in the state of Massachusetts and here is a outline of my resume

GPA: UNWEIGHTED 86-88/100, WEIGHTED 98/100
no class rankings
ACT w/Writing: 30 Composite
SATI: if superscore thing works 2030, if not M/700 R/610 W/710 =2020 (will retake aim for 2200<)
(will retake in fall)
SATII: BIO E/680 USH/760
AP:
USH, BIO, ENG WRITING - junior year (away from home, haven’t seen score but prob 4-5)
EURO, CHEM, AB CALC, ENG LIT - Senior year
—Total of 7AP Courses=maxmimum ammount per student

I have plenty of EC’s so I won’t list them all just know that I have more than enough.
-Yearbook Adivsor, Editor in Chief of school magazine, tennis team, Musical, art club secretary…and so on.

My TOP Choices are

  1. University of Chicago
  2. Tufts
  3. Northwestern
    ----rest

Wake Forest, University of Michigan Ann Arbor, NYU (1 brother attends), Georgetown, Notre Dame, Vanderbilt, Brandeis

Safeties- BU, George Washington, OSU, UMASS

Is this realistic? Am I over my head? under my head? any other recommendations of my college list?

i also go to a private school, and take most demanding courses, the highest gpa in our school is about weighte 106

i also want to major in either IR, or BIOCHEMISTRY.

I wouldn’t mind buisness either

Well, of current students at all three of your top schools, your SAT is slightly below the 25th percentile (whereas your ACT is in the middle 50% for all schools). Your schedule is impressive, however. For Chicago, if you have excellent essays, admission is definitely a possibility. I’ve seen 2400s rejected and 1900s accepted.

But overall, I think your list is definitely realistic. I think you could very well be admitted to all of the schools on your list other than your top 3 with your current stats .

From the school listed which have the best programs for Biochemistry, and IR??

Last year’s Gourman rankings for biochem:
