<p>great college town. everything is in walking distance and caters to the yale community.</p>
<p>It’s easily one of the best college towns in the country. Everything you need within a short walking distance, including over 150 restaurants. Yale isn’t even the largest university there – CT State University has over 14000 students. The downtown area is hopping 24/7, certainly moreso than any of the immediate surroundings of any of the other top 20 universities. Unfortunately, like what happened to Harvard Square, it is becoming gentrified to the point where everything is going to be too expensive/not geared towards students.</p>
