alright, I crapped out on the SAt, but did decent on the ACT ( I made a 33, but this was without preparations, so for easiness’ sake, lets assume it’s a 35.) I took some SAT II practice tests and plan on taking the actual tests on December 2 (they were easy… and for convenience’s sake, let’s assume they’re perfect). So my question is this: I submit my app and only report my stellar ACT and SAT II Subject Tests score, even though my SAT I is still on my transcript. Will they factor that into admissions, even if I didn’t report it?

If you report your SAT IIs before the change in SAT reporting procedures (late Feb or early march 2009 I think) then your SAT I score will be sent automatically.

wait… so if I send them after February they won’t have to see my SAT I scores?

[New SAT Score-Reporting Policy](Send SAT Scores to Colleges - SAT Suite | College Board)

You have to send them by January though…

so, in all of your honest opinions, would you suggest submitting a 35 ACT by itself, or submitting it with perfect SAT II scores even though the SAT I scores were terrible (2040)

stop assuming and get working
gud luck
