<p>This year I lived in an on-campus apartment with 3 other guys who I didn’t know until we moved in. Then 1 guy got kicked out because of marijuana but was allowed to continue classes.</p>
<p>Over the following months we hung out some, eating lunch, going to the library, and occasionally watching DVDs. </p>
<p>Now he wants me to live with him for the summer and next year in an off-campus apartment because his current roommate is going to a different college next year. I told him that I want to live on campus during the academic year but that I would live with him during the summer. I’m a little bit nervous about this because of his past marijuana use (and rumored distributing).</p>
<p>What are the laws in Missouri concerning living with someone who has marijuana. Could it cause legal trouble for myself? How do I confront him about this. I feel like he is counting on me but don’t want to be in a bad position.</p>
