Netflix About-Face

What is wrong with corporate America?

[Netflix whiplash stirs angry mobs – again](http://www.cnn.com/2011/10/10/tech/web/netflix-qwikster-reaction/)

nothing to do with “corporate America”. it’s this one company. to generalize like that is meaningless…

Agree with churchmusicmom - to generalize all of corporate America on the decisions of one company is simply irresponsible.

It looks to me like they tried a change that perhaps wasn’t as well thought out as it should have been, got a more than anticipated backlash from their customers, were wise enough to pay attention to them, and reversed their decision. I’d think the corporation bashers would appreciate that move of listening to their customers.

Netflix is just the latest version of “New Coke”.

As a Netflix user (who only uses the DVDs) I’m glad they saw the error of their ways . . . I’d never remember “Quickster” (dumb name even if it had been a good idea to split the services.)
