<p>Possibly crazy like a fox. So if these numbers are right … Netflix lost 800,000 customers and that certainly hurts … and the other 23,000,000 had an increase in fees of about 60% … the math to me says Netflix is making way more money now than before the price increase.</p>

<p>I’m a Netflix customer who is unhappy about the price increase and about the original idea of splitting the accounts. That said across the 5 people in our family we have 400+ videos in the DVD queue which are not available streaming (lots of old movies and documentaries) and another 200 in the streaming queue. As long as Netflix stays price competative we’ll probably stay with them.</p>
