<p>Networking is the major reason that the Ivies are as popular and as powerful as they are - so networking can be a consideration for any school. The question would be if you could break into that network as a transfer at whatever school your considering. As a transfer, you’re going to have a different set of relationships than if you came in as a freshman. An extremely gregarious student could break into and establish that network by the time they graduated, others would merely be attending class at the school.</p>
<p>Education.</p>
<p>IMO If the transfer location is your final destination, then you should student teach in one of those schools.</p>
