Neuroscience or bio engineering/ International (U.K.)/4.0 UW GPA/ National Swimmer - 727 fina points / no budget / current Junior

Please can I ask for help finding a good fit. Most important would be a well respected university who have a strong swim programme. My initial thoughts are to try and be recruited as a student athlete.

Am flexible on location / campus size .

I haven’t done the SAT/ ACT - although my CAT scores are 127 and I got 8/9 for my GCSE’s last year. I am currently studying A levels in Chemistry, Biology and Maths - in addition, I’m doing an EPQ in medicine.

Thank you so much for any help

Do you have a swimcloud varsity account? I would start there. It would be more helpful if you told us what level meets you have times for. You can look this up at Time Standards

Stick to actual LCM times (unless you have SCY times) - no conversions.

Feel free to DM me if you want to discuss more specifically. I’m happy to answer your questions.

“Strong” is in the eye of the beholder. Top US programs are probably full at this point. Few of those allow for engineering anyways. Some ivies will still have some spots in play, as will top D3 programs.

Again, hard to advise without better idea of swim level. Are you female? If truly top level you could also explore getting recruited for Class of ‘30, after a gap year. Those conversations (for HS ‘26) won’t start until June 15th.
