<p>This is definitely an inspiring story. and it shows that drive and perserverence really does pay off. I really liked how you let go of trying to please the auditors and just got into your character and you art. and it worked! Way to go!</p>
<p>I agree that this whole process really has a luck factor included in it. Of course talent is crucial. But there are obviously so many more talented applicants than the schools will accept. And, from what I understand, the smaller programs are careful to choose a variety of “types.” </p>
