<p>Using the US News ranking as your sole rating for academic rankings is not very accurate. </p>

<p>Not using any specific methodology, I’d say the best academic-football schools are:</p>

<p>1) Stanford
2) Texas
3) Michigan
4) USC
5) Notre Dame
6) Wisconsin
7) Penn State
8) Georgia Tech
9) Florida
10) VA Tech or Miami (FL)</p>
