New court ruling and AP Gov

So recently, there was a ruling on the Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission case. Does anyone know how this will affect the AP test? If a question comes up regarding funding for PACs, does this change anything? For more info on the case, look here:

The case won’t be on the MC since the exam questions are written years in advance. However, if an FRQ asks a question regarding campaign finance and you would like to reference the case, go ahead and do it. The scoring guidelines for the FRQs are written at the time that the exams are scored, so the readers will know about it.

In all likelihood, there won’t be an FRQ about campaign finance since soft money is now in limbo. If there’s an MC on it, the CB will throw out that question.

Ok thanks guys. I’ll keep that in mind.

Good! Because I’m a bit fuzzy in the specifics of this area anyways.
