New financial aid policy at Lehigh

I just watched the State of the University speech given by Lehigh University president. He said that students who are admitted with a family income of 75K or lower are guaranteed 4 years of free tuition. I can’t remember if he said that started last year or this year but wanted to let folks know.
I don’t know that Lehigh has need-blind admissions or not but this new policy will be helpful when deciding whether to apply.

That’s great, but still nowhere near the full ride that they would get at many of the more selective private U’s. A family making <75K, doubt they’d be able to help with living expenses. Student can borrow 5500K, and could work summers and during the year, probably could close the gap.
