<p>Oh, I don’t think it will happen by the State of the Union address. I do think he will say one thing in that speech and shortly afterward do something else entirely. This has happened many times. The latest Atlantic Monthly has a whole article devoted to Presidential lies (which they all do) and the fact that the current Prez is different in that he apparently doesn’t know when he is lying.</p>
