Residing in California and not being so financially well off, im opting to pick a college in the state. The major I intend to study is philosophy and well I’d like to know which schools out of the UCs and Cal States shine in that major. My weighted GPA is 4.1/4.2 and my first sat score was 1140 out of 1600. I plan to take another SAT and ACT in December. Thanks to everyone.
