<p>This is so wrong. People are always scouting for meters with additional time left. It’s not a waste of money!!! I sense more tickets (and revenue) for the city government and angry drivers who will avoid the meters at all costs!</p>

<p>That’s too bad these people can’t save some quarters. It’s easier for the state though.</p>

<p>I don’t like it - it wastes the people’s money in a sense. I mean, gas prices are high enough, plus parking in most major cities - it’s kind of ridiculous. Honestly, I wish I could just ride my horse around town - sadly, my horse and car are almost about the same amount of $$.</p>
