<p>I’ve been working at Boeing in an IE role for almost a year now. Its a traditional lean manufacturing type of IE role. I realize that i now want to do something not at all related to manufacturing.</p>
<p>I want to go into finance or other type of analyst type of jobs. Problem is, ive only been working a year. I got lucky with my position at Boeing as i graduated with a 2.60.</p>
<p>After a year of work experience, will they still ask for your gpa?</p>
