And then there are the bullies declaring everyone as some sort of “ist”, in order to shut people up. You use that kind of language and people stop talking…which is probably the goal.
It is so much better to just treat everyone with respect.
I’m shocked, shocked I say! There is absolutely no precedent that would indicate that racists defend other racists on the basis of “free speech.”

Just based on your quote, I don’t have much faith he conducted serious research. No one, except for maybe tenured faculty, is entitled to free speech at work. At best, it sounds like he’s attacking a straw man argument.
