… why on earth would you call Philly ‘boring’?

Eh, it can be sometimes…but it’s better than Jersey! Ha, I kid, I kid…

SEPTA sucks! (Sorry, just had to say it…they just make me so late for everything!)

Dude, ANYTHING is better than Jersey.

But seriously, I’m tired of Philly getting put down all the time. Sheesh.

Ha, poor Jersey, the armpit of America. Anyway, yeah, I dunno, Philly’s okay, there are some cool places there, I’ve been to quite a few really cool concerts down there (Such as the ten piece experimental jazz band Jaga Jazzist from Norway) but yeah, it’s really just your typical city… I tend to like the very unique cities such as New Orleans better, but I could be biased on that one, considering most of my family still lives there.

Poor Jersey, the armpit of America with the largest per capita income of America.

Whoa…really? I knew it was one of the most densely populated states, but I didn’t know that. It can have some pretty affluent areas, but at the same time there are some really nasty places too…like Camden and some other various areas.

philly is not boring, the suburbs are. soooo boring. we have a mall. and houses. gas tations, more houses, a highway, houses, the turnpike, houses, the blue route (another turnpike), more houses. oh, and some supermarkets. SEPTA is smelly. smelly smelly.
Philly Suburbs: where everbody lives, but where nobody knows their neighbors

Everybody thinks of Jersey as the big turnpike, but it’s got some very beautiful areas, too.

Compared to some cities, it can be, but it can also be quite fun, as any big city can be. But yes, I too live in the suburbs, and they are terribly, terribly boring. Especially the part where I am…there are some cool Philly suburbs, like the New Hope area, and occasionally Jenkintown, but otherwise, eh, awful. Also, the trains don’t run nearly enough into the city. Also, yes, I will admit Jersey does have some nice areas, but it also has some places where I would never want to be, such as Camden, or parts of Trenton, or anything near the turnpike, or that place near New York, you know, that place…I forget its name.

OK and I wouldn’t want to be in downtown Philly.
