New major, doing bad in current??

I transferred to a university spring semester of 2016 and I thought I wanted to be a computer engineer. A semester and a half, and 2 failed engineering classes later I came to the realization that this isn’t for me. I am thinking about going into business, either accounting or finance. Will a bachelors in Business Administration degree with a concentration in accounting or finance be worthless? Also, is it horrible that I failed two classes in Engineering? Should I just quit school?

Failing two classes told you something, that the major is probably not a good fit for you. It doesn’t necessarily mean you should quit school. However, perhaps you should spend some time at the career center doing some exploration of what types of careers might be more suited to you and learn the steps to getting there. Then pick the major most likely to help you achieve your goals.
