Just wondering what parents and swimmers think of these changes. My S’s ranking did not change much. However, with the new point system, his top ranked event is now one that we would consider to be his 5th best event. Strange.
It seems more transparent - they put the specific times and calculations here: http://www.collegeswimming.com/recruitstandards/. I would love to hear what a college coach thinks of the way they calculate the rankings.
my rank changed by 300? idk how…very confused from 1600’s to 1300’s…? not complaining though!
