<p>Judging by past lottery numbers, it seems anyone who’s in the top half of the lottery can get into New Rez. (You have ~50% chance to get in if you put it as your #1) Sherbrooke costs the same as New and you can probably imagine that they are very similar experiences. I would imagine that if you put New and Sherbrooke as your 1 and 2 choices, you’d have a very good chance of getting into one of them.</p>
