<p>I found this particularly interesting:
"The demolition of Lander Hall will begin in June and is projected to finish Sept. 15. The new Lander Hall will open December 2013.</p>
<h1>The people living in Terry will be moved into Lander during winter break, roughly, Lubin said. The center building in Terry will demolish in 2014 and will re-open September 2015. We are able to shorten the whole duration by a whole year [with the new plan]."</h1>
