<p>I think that’s a good tool. Too many kids end up with huge loans compared to their salaries. </p>

<p>Great tool, but kids and parents need to remember full time continuous employment upon college graduation is not predictable and definitely not a given. Also, folks have to remember that many kids swap majors pretty frequently before settling and then may swap more before the end of their careers. </p>

<p>Our S graduated as a BEE. He has never been able to practice engineering as they learned he’s a good manager and has done project management now for 3.5 years. He’s cobtemplatingbgettingban MBA to go with his project management certification. </p>

<p>Other friends have had various majors and are going into education and other fields as they couldn’t find work in original majors. </p>
