I currently have a 4.4 overall GPA and got a 4.61 overall for my junior year. If I stay on track I am hoping to apply to colleges with a 4.51 or higher overall GPA and graduate with a 4.59. I got a 34 on my ACT composite and a 35 in the writing section(the newer version) which is completely unheard of for the newest version of the righting section because the average writing section score for people with a perfect score on the ACT was a 26(based on a Jan 2016 article)

I have been on varsity soccer team since freshman year and starter at center mid. I am team captain and helped my team get to a fourth place finish in all of San Diego county.

I am the president and chair of the largest student run committee that supports Radys children’s hospital in San Diego.

I have played varsity lacrosse and have been the starting defender for three years and helped my team to a fourth place finish in all of San Diego county.

I was the only sophomore allowed and accepted into AP studio art at my school. I paint with oil paint(rare for high schoolers) and my work has be displayed in museums all around San Diego and I have just recently won the set competition at the Musuem of Contemporary art SD. I am going to apply with an art supplement.

I have played classical piano since I was four. I have completed and aced all the association of music theory test through the advanced level.

I founded and am president of a concussion baseline testing and awareness group that has spread throughout San Diego county and has been implemented at many institutions and sports clubs. We work side by side with physicians and concussion management experts and we are working with a genetics company to see if we can incorporate genetic testing into our study.

I haved played soccer since I was 5 and am currently on a top team in San Diego county and am starting center mid. We frequently head to the national championships and regional tournaments.
I hope to play soccer in college, either on the school’s varsity team or play club soccer in college. I am getting recruited by a couple more academic focused schools, so we will see how that ends up.

Anyways, do I have a shot at any of these?

Intend major is international affairs or molecular biology. AP scores: 5 on AP Euro, 5 on AP Bio, and 5 on AP studio Art. Taking 5 APs next year. Thanks and I’ll take a look at yours!
