@thumper1 I’m not doing WW but my sister in law is a WW coach and from what I understand there is now a free points plan geared more to how you eat. So one version there are tons of free foods including Salmon and lean chicken breast but relatively few points to spend. Another version is closer to prior plans where only veggies and ( some? )fruit is free but you get more points to spend every day. I think there’s a third version that’s in between? You take a quiz about how you like to eat, how much flexibility you need with what you eat to determine the right plan for you.
