New york university admissions

Do they unweigh your high school gpa for admissions??

I believe that you put both your UW and W GPA down on the CommonApp for NYU (if not all colleges). Though NYU takes into account much more than just your GPA. If you have a 3.5 UW and a 4.5 W, then they will look at the rigor of all the classes you have taken in High School. Plus EC's, etc.

Hope that helps?

They unweight it and only look at the 5 academics. They will look at the rigor of your classes though.

does that include your foreign language?

Usually colleges include the foreign language. The five academic classes are : Math, Science, History, Language, English
