I keep an eye on these threads since my D applied to NYU in 2018. It really is watching the same stuff over and over although the shopping cart is a new addition to how they do it. There has never been any reliable portal astrology. There were things that seemed to work for some people but not others so one has to assume they did not actually have meaning. (For example my D saw DC housing application briefly and did actually get offered freshman year in DC, but others in that group who saw it got denied.)
The absolute least reliable indicator is summer housing because NYU opens that up to anyone who can pay for it, so I tend to only say something in here when people get excited about that. This ^ is the most Iāve contributed to this forum in years.

But I dont have enrolment shopping cart, but i can make the payment for housing. I think everyone can make the payment for housing. But iām not sure on whether itās a sign of accept/reject?
No this is completely unrelated to enrollment FL. Go to NYU hidden, then NYU custom components. If you see āenrollment shopping cartā then you are probably accepted if the astrology works
