ok lowk my theory is that the person who got spring admit might be counted as a transfer and maybe thats why they’re seeing the COA. we might still have a chance for fall bc that might be completely different. This was me after finding a few reddit transfer subreddits that were talking about this. Nothing is real till the decision comes out, have hope!

hii yes this is me! The screenshot of the cost of attendance is above! I am fairly certain I’ve been admitted as a spring applicant and that’s why I have the cost of attendance and like no one else does! Im pretty sure fall 2025 admits wont have the same portal stuff as me but if you do plssss reach out!

It doesn’t bounce for me, but I just checked and the domain accepts all email so it wouldn’t bounce in general. Plus, when you click the general email sent stuff it doesn’t say my name in front of the email, so I don’t think this works either
Can you send an SS? Also are you sure the email domain stuff is right?

A couple days ago I wasn’t able to send an email to my nyu email but i was this morning without it bouncing back. Hopefully a sign???

yeah, the email formatting was right
this is what the message told me “The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try double-checking the recipient’s email address for typos or unnecessary spaces.”
i tried it again and it did not bounce back
The first time it said “ Your message wasn’t delivered to ____@nyu.edu because the address couldn’t be found, or is unable to receive mail.”
