You have to login via your counselor account, and accept the invite from your student account I think.

Refreshed, signed out and back in, same message every time

When you created the counselor account, did you click on âI am an Independent Counselorâ. On the student account, when you click on your counselor account, does it show âRevoke Accessâ on the bottom right?
Never mind got it working, I donât have any decisions posted before the deadline though
