New York University Class of 2029 Official RD Thread

NYU stern atleast was the easiest app in my opinion, cause their super stats based. So as long as ur stats are good u have a solid shot I think.

Anyone see this “select aid year to view”

When u go to Albert the sap then home then the campus, menu, FA, accept/decline fa aid? I think it might be new

that’s the pattern i’ve noticed. those w/o aid applications can view that thing. i could be wrong though but yea

I also have this

click on the second application status, do you have the button?

also just for funsies, what articles do yall have listed on the right side of your applicant portal :sob:

i didn’t apply for fin aid and i also have that

i only have the “application status” and my name, and the rest is just blank

I applied to an Ivy and I have low stats WDYM?? and I can only be accepted or rejected from NYU…

why I picked NYU, meet me @ NYU: plan ur campus tour, and reflecting on my 4 years as an int’l student @ NYU

my stats are like okay and i got wl for uchicago :sob: so im just pouring all my hope into nyu rn

what r ur stats like?

As of what everyone is saying there are two things going on:
In the first application status everyone has a blank screen with just the default message
In the second application status there are two options which people think means the following

  1. same as the first application status where it is blank or has the default message → reject
  2. default message but also has a button outline → waitlist/accept

i’m doing full ib, music student, and a bunch of clubs and music contests but that’s about all if i rmb correctly

I applied for aid😭

I only have a recatangular box send screenshot

Does everyone have the same message on the status portal? We are getting ready to release your admissions decision, which will be available in the late afternoon (ET) on March 26th. Your portal may look a bit different in preparation. We are no longer offering application status updates, and all of the materials submitted in support of your application have been reviewed by our team.
