<p>Hello, I’m a parent of a student who recently got accepted to the NYU 7 year accelerated dental program.
I just had a question about earning the dental degree and practicing as a dentist.
If my daughter gets her dental degree in New York, what is the range of states she could become a dentist in?
Does it get limited to only New York State or can she practice in eastern states such as Massachusetts?
Because we haven’t had a doctor or dentist in our family, we do not know the policies for this.
Could someone help us?
