i’m pretty sure the support center and scheduled job is from a summer program or any previous affiliation with nyu. Most the people who have that have had some form of affiliation and show an account creation before the ED date, which indicates that nyu registered them into their system some point before ED and they may be processed before we are or just have access to that

Alr just tried on my phone. So it immediately still takes me to Microsoft log in so I tried logging in with stern email but it says that email doesn’t exist or smthng like that so I tried netid@stern.nyu.edu still didn’t work.
But my netid@nyu.edu works to log into Microsoft and then I login but then if auto logs me out

i’m certain it’s for students who have had previous affiliations with nyu like programs and such
but i dont think the support center means anything i think its for the people whove had past affiliation with nyu
