normal for people who just got registered near 11/1 ED1 date.as time goes we’ll see if theres someone that has a registry near that date AND has scheduled job user and can access supp desk

SJU is that second activity. regular people who didnt do anything with NYU should not have a second activity.
To make it clear, don’t worry if you dont have 2 activities or cant access support desk. From what we’ve seen, the only people who can do this is people that have done something related with nyu before 11/1 (ED date).
This is shown through all of their service-now’s which show their registry from past dates way before you could even ED. it could mean one of two things: either these students are getting processed first, or they are just generally allowed to access these sites as the system registers them as a student
