I feel like academic wise, the only hurdle is that you’re TO because if NYU is getting the most ed1 apps they’ve ever gotten before, they may rely more on test scores. That’s my best guess. Especially as they’re “test-reccemended.” As for ECs they look good and im sure they’ll be a good + for your app.
i made the stupidiest decioson of my life as I FORGOT TO REPORT MY AP SCORES WHICH WERE A COUPLE 4’s. I FEEL IT WILL COME AND HAUNT ME
True. I looked at nyu cds they list activities as “considered” and test scores as “important”.
Why did i think it was gonna be slightly less than 12k this year
it’s over for me
does my app look fine for econ/art history… ig not being stern is good
Stern idk. Cas yes. Art history idkkk cuz do u have any art history related ecs or have u taken any art history classes
I don’t think anyone has access to bright space because it’s for staff. I could be wrong tho
nah i just put that to game the system lol…
NYU places high emphasis on fit so idk if gaming the system works like that
anything for the admission lmaooo
I come from a very disadvantaged school with my ec opportunities. IDoes nyu take that into account
Little ec opportunities *
100%. That will fs help
In the history of my school’s ed1 apps to NYU, very little/none submitted test scores, and about 2 people get in ed1 each year. I think I am the only one in my grade among 3 other applicants submitting a 35 ACT. Will this significantly help me?
one of my friends is applying to stern from the same school, is that fine i am applyting to cas
Yes that would def help if u have a significantly higher score than ur school average
My school average sat is a 1050 lolll I submitted my 1500 with a 800 math.
Yeah you might have better odds since CAS is less selective than stern.
That’s really good. Deff a big plus
Wait on. Average how many ppl from ur school apply each year to ed1
